Woburn, MA, December 2 , 2009 – Nova Analytics Corporation is pleased to announce the acquisition of Aanderaa Data Instruments AS (www.aanderaa.com) a Norwegian business, through its subsidiary, Nova Analytics Deutschland GmbH.  Aanderaa designs, manufactures, and sells sensors, instruments, and systems for measuring and monitoring in the most demanding environments.  From their headquarters in Bergen, Norway, Aanderaa primarily focuses on the ocean and environmental monitoring markets.
