ISO9001 - Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance

More and more industrial processes now rely upon on-line measuring devices for quality control. B+S Process Instruments is a division of Bellingham + Stanley set up in 1999 to deal with the particular requirements for process instrumentation.

The current range of products may be found within this site, including refractometers for the monitoring and control of dissolved solids and liquid blending ratios in the beverage, food, pharmaceutical and chemical sectors as well as a new range of on-line infrared sensors specifically suited for the brewing and beverage industries.

New On-line Infrared Sensors for °Brix, CO2, %TA (diet) and %ABW form the hub of a number of single sensor or multi-parameter systems specifically designed for monitoring and control applications within the brewing and beverage industries.

No-moving-parts technology and the ability to install the sensors directly to the line provides significant savings when compared to pump driven by-pass installations both in terms of initial cost and routine maintenance. CIP is also performed without the need for special considerations to the sensor.
